Thank you for the welcome note. I purchased the "Traffic Fines Toolkit" last night and think it is great the effort that you put into it. May I ask you some questions if you do not mind:
1. Where do I find the Appendix 1 as mentioned within "The Traffic Fine Swindle" as I do not see it. 2. Last night I read something about that they may not use the Speed Trapping Devises whilst driving and today I cannot find it. Could you please advise me where to find it. 3. I have received fines indicating that they were done by "LaserCam". It does not indicate in which direction I was driving or the exact spot either. It just gives the two town names which are very far apart. Also for two of them neither I nor my vehicle was on that road. Lastly, the fines are made out within the 30 days of the alleged offenses but they are posted more than than 2 months late (everyone of them) some envelopes have dates on others do not. They are also received well past the due payment date or to respond too. One example - date of offense 11/04/2009, Issue date 20/04/2009, posted date 02/06/2009 and received date 15/06/2009 - for this alleged offense I was not even on or near that road. 4. I registered this morning with Viewfines.co.za to view the photo's. There are no fines found against my name so there are no photo's to view. 5. Do they have photo's when using a LaserCam? 6. May they use the LaserCam whilst driving? I read that the vehicle must be stationery is that correct? 7. Are these fines legal?

Hi Joe There are some Fines for me on the 'ViewFines' website which I had no knowledge of before this. A. How legal are these? B. Do I just ignore them, or what is the process? Regards Nico
This kit and site of yours was long overdue! It is time that we as public start to stand up for our rights, and by using the guidelines and all the knowledge you added to this kit, we are able to do something about this.
Joe, beginning of this year i received over a period of time, 5 parking tickets issued to my car's registration, but not to the make, as it was a vehicle illegally displaying my registration. This all happened in East London, and I've never been there. In fact, I was out the country! I even sent them an attorney's letter, stating that im not going to pay it. Now, i've been summonsed without my knowledge. What stand me to do in this situation?
As you have received a summons contact the Public prosecutor attaching all the relevant documentation, NB register the document, I am not following you have been summoned without your knowledge. Thanks for the spell check
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but does anyone have some references for and agency or representative who can handle reducing fines on my behalf because i'm pretty sure the fax number associated with this site is bogus.
pls could someone forward some info, i have have 3 fines long overdue and one "straight to court" from 250 to 1000.
Hi GUYS im new i need some help with 3 of my fines The first one was in Harrismith travelling at 120KM/H in 100KM/H ZONE. Fine R750. It was strange because this fine has a range of distance and time i was travelling this speed. I've just got pics of my vehicle with two speeds recorded at different place at different time.
