General: How to prove when you received a fine in the post

    Hi

    I'm just a bit lost about how you prove the date when you receive a fine in the post and it's late. If it's over the 30 days that it takes for the fine to get to you, how to do prove that? Am I missing something? Is there a date on the letter saying it was delivered on such-and-such date?
