General: Laser Gun Trapping with no Photo

    I was trapped in Kwazulu using a Laser Gun without any photo or timer on the device. Is this legal as there is no confirmation of been my car.The officer was also not able to show me that the Serial number of the Certificate was on this old Laser Gun.
    Let me know where i stand
