In Stellebosch and vicinity there are a number of these cameras which operate on the gatsometer principle.If I decide to go to court to contest a speeding fine,what are my rights as far as the following are concerned : -who from the traffic department should be in court -what documentation should the traffic dept provide to prove their case. Any further comments about these devices would be appreciated.Something which I have have always thought about is the distance between the pipes in the tarmac.If these are installed slightly narrower than specications it will register higher speeds than actually driven.
