I purchased the Toolkit yesterday and have a question re trapping at night and on a downhill. During Feb 2009 my husband travelled on Malibongwe from Northgate Shopping Mall down to the highway in Johannesburg. There is a 60km speed limit and a sight that cameras are being used. This is quite a steep downhill and he had the car out of gear and was freewheeling down the hill when the flash came.
Please assist in confirming if trapping at night and on a downhill are both allowed ????
