Joe, thanks to the "Traffic Fines Toolkit", which I used when i went to court in Johannesburg, the public prosecutor after much deliberation, while sitting on his chair (which was far too small for him) in his office, after I had told him ALL the summonses...eleven in total...were illegal, eventually called me in and told me they were all off the roll and that I should “Go Home”. Of course I refused, and told him to write that statement on copies I had made of each summons, sign it and stamp it before I would go anywhere!.... He did so and off I went...
